Song 1 – How Great Is Your Love

Lead Sheet (Free) | 30 Second Sample (Free) | Demo ($1.29)

[Demo | Lead Sheet w/chords available]
Words/music by Jim Lucas, c. 2007

HISTORY: written: Sept 28, 2007 for the Ephrata Nazarene Women’s Ministry Fall Retreat, 2007
Scripture: “I will praise you, O Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever., for great is your love toward me; you have delivered me from the depths of the grave (hell) Psalm 86:12-13 or from the Message: From the bottom of my heart I thank you, dear Lord; I’ve never kept secret what you’re up to. You’ve always been great toward me—what love! You snatched me from the brink of disaster! God, these bullies have reared their heads! A gang of thugs is after me— and they don’t care a thing about you. But you, O God, are both tender and kind, not easily angered, immense in love, and you never, never quit.”

CHORUS 1
How great is Your love to me.
How great is Your love to me
I will praise You, O God with all of my heart.
I will glorify Your name forever.
O how great is Your love to me.
How great is Your love to me
I will praise You, O God, with all of my heart.
O how great is Your love to me.

VERSE 1
By Your love I am redeemed.
By Your love Your song I sing
By Your love I’m a life that was changed.
By Your love, by Your love. (repeat)

Song 2 – I Come to You

Lead Sheet (Free) | 30 Second Sample (Free) | Demo ($1.29)

[Demo | Lead Sheet w/chords available]
Words/music by Jim Lucas, c. 2007

HISTORY: written: October 2 for the Ephrata Church of the Nazarene revival service with David Clardie; written as a song of invitation and the hearts cry of Isaiah 55:1 “Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters…”

CHORUS
I choose to come, I come, Jesus, I come to You.
You see my life. You know my needs.
It’s time to let it go, and be healed.
If I don’t make a move to You, I know I’ll just be walkin’ away.
So with humble heart, I offer it now, as I come to You

Song 3 – I Thirst For You

Lead Sheet (Free) | 30 Second Sample (Free) | Demo ($1.29)

[Demo | Lead Sheet w/chords available]
Words/music by Jim Lucas, c. 2007

HISTORY: written: October 8, 2007 at Black Rock Retreat Center and October 10. (verse written later, April 15, 2008 preparing for spring revival with Rev. Dabydeen)

CHORUS 1
I run into Your presence, Jesus, my soul thirsts for you.
I long to drink from Your living stream,
I thirst for You, for You.
I run into Your presence, where living waters are flowing free.
I know my soul will be satisfied;
You’re all that I need.
Lord, I thirst for You.

READING (read while Chorus 1 is played)
Psalm 64:1-5
“O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek You; my soul thirsts for You, my body longs for You in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen You in the sanctuary and beheld Your power and Your glory. Because Your love is better than life, my lips will glorify You. I will praise You as long as I live, and in Your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise You.”

VERSE 1
In a dry and weary land, You are the Water.
In a dry and weary land, where else would I turn?
You are the Well-Spring of life for me
My Source for ev’rything, my source for ev’rything! (repeat)

CHORUS 2
I run into Your presence, Jesus, my soul thirsts for you.
I long to drink from Your living stream,
I thirst for You, for You.
I run into Your presence, where living waters are flowing free.
I know my soul will be satisfied;
You’re all that I need

CHORUS 3
I run into Your presence, where living waters are flowing free.
I know my soul will be satisfied;
You’re all that I need.
Lord, I thirst for You.
